The Pierre Mac Orlan committee is responsible
for defending and promoting his work at both
a national and an international level, in particular,
via the annual award of the Prix Pierre Mac Orlan.
It also maintains his house at Saint-Cyr-sur-Morin
in Seine-et-Marne (soon to be opened to the public)
and oversees the various authorisations to use
the author's works granted by Pierre Bergé,
the committee's president since 2004 and, as such
the sole holder of Pierre Mac Orlan's moral rights.
